You will learn how to adopt a healthy and fit lifestyle, not just a quick fix to losing weight! We are here to show you that it is possible to achieve optimal health and the body you’ve always wanted without starving yourself or feeling fatigued and miserable all the time!

At Fitness & Health Coach we recognise that everyone is unique. We all require different amounts of calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats to achieve optimal health. Fitness & Health Coach will always create customised meal plans to ensure that your body is getting the right amount and types of foods in line with your own personal energy demands.

This plan is broken down into three phases, it develops with your body’s needs and progresses at each stage. You will get fit, burn fat and build lean muscle.

Fitness & Health Coach will supply you with a proven training method, customised nutrition plan and ongoing support to help you achieve an amazing transformation.

What Happens After You Sign Up

Questionnaire

You will be sent a questionnaire for you to complete and submit back to us. This will give us a clear picture of your overall health and your goals. Once this is submitted back to us, we can then start creating your customised plan.

Results – Phase One

After phase one is complete, we evaluate all your results and feedback and start creating the next phase of your plan.

Customised Plan

We will customise the plan according to your needs and requirements. You will receive the first phase of your total body transformation plan via e-mail within 3-5 working days. You are now on your way to creating a new healthy lifestyle!

Results – Phase Two

We then re-evaluate after phase two is complete, and move onto the final phase of your plan!

Track Using An App

You can track your workouts via a mobile phone app. You will also upload weekly results and feedback through the app or website.

Total Body Transformed

You made it! On your final day you will send us your results and feedback and we will evaluate and make suggestions on your next steps.
This could be either to continue with the plan for a further 4 to 12 weeks or access to our membership website, depending on your goals.

Here at Fitness & Health Coach keeping meals delicious and full of flavour is a vital part of this journey! This plan will educate you on portion control, what you should be eating and will supply you with delicious recipes to follow based on your demands.

Exciting Workouts

Exercising doesn’t mean spending hours in the gym every day. Resistance training doesn’t mean getting big and bulky either. We focus on the best way to workout in 30-45 minute sessions to get you the body you deserve! You don’t need a gym nor equipment for a good workout, just your body and some floor space.

Lifestyle Change

This isn’t a quick fix to losing weight, you will learn how to adopt a healthy and fit lifestyle. We are here to show you that it is possible to achieve the body you’ve always wanted without starving yourself or feeling fatigued and miserable all the time!
