We recognise that everyone is an individual who requires a bespoke personal training plan to achieve their goals.

At Fitness & Health Coach, you will benefit from dedicated one-to-one sessions, creating a unique plan with your personal trainer and allowing you to focus on your results.

We’ll conduct an initial physical analysis to create a plan specifically tailored for you, taking into account current fitness levels, any injuries, limitations, restrictions and  most importantly, nutrition. You will then be guided through an entire plan of fitness and health development, which includes your workouts with and without your trainer, your nutrition and your lifestyle, holding you accountable with unlimited support from your coach.

Personal training with Fitness & Health Coach integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged. This includes options such as strength, mobility and stretching sessions, cardiovascular exercise and sports performance.

Designed to be progressive and challenging, the plan will take you through all facets of fitness development, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile.

FAQ’s

Do you work with men and women?

Yes most definitely, we work with both men and women, of all sizes and shapes!

What do I do on the days I don’t see you?

We will supply you with workouts for the days we do not see each other – these workouts can be accessed through the Fitness & Health Coach website or through an app.

I need help with nutrition…

We will definitely help you! This is a part of the package if you want it – we will supply you with recipes and advice specifically customised to you and your requirements.

I suffer with back pain can I still exercise?

Yes of course, Amy has also suffered from lower back pain and has the experience and knowledge to help – we will assess your situation and take it back to basics to make sure we strengthen your core and then progress into more challenging workouts down the line.

Do I need a gym membership?

Not at all, your program will be created around you and your requirements. You may wish to see us 2-3 times per week where we will have all kit necessary for a successful workout. With or without a gym membership we will most definitely achieve amazing results!

Am I too unfit to exercise?

No! Not at all. We assess you and your current situations, whether you’ve never exercised before, have over 10lbs of fat to loose, suffer with hypothyroidism or have suffered from injuries, with our knowledge and experience we can certainly help!

Free Telephone Consultation & One-To-One Session

This is an opportunity to get to know your dedicated coach, discover more about what we offer, ask any questions you may have and learn how we can help you. We will determine your current health and nutritional habits as well as your likes and dislikes. Your initial no obligation consultation will last approximately 60 minutes. 

The one-to-one session includes measuring blood pressure, heart rate, body composition measurements and a fitness assessment, will last approximately 45 -60 minutes.

From this, we will work together to build your workout plan, taking into account your current fitness level, your commitments and your goals!

One-To-One Personal Training

These individually focused sessions will focus on your personal goals, offering you motivation and guidance on every step to success. You won’t need any equipment; We will arrive with all kit necessary for a successful workout. You can book as many sessions with us as you wish, to be taken at a frequency that suits you. 

Partner Personal Training 

If you don’t want to train alone, or maybe have a friend, relative or co-worker with similar goals, partner sessions can be fun, energising, and instill healthy competition between you.
